What we can’t know yet (UNKNOWN)

Error handling is designed to be explicit about uncertainty and retryability. When the system cannot confirm an outcome, it returns an explicit UNKNOWN result rather than inferring success or failure. This supports replay and reconciliation without introducing incorrect assumptions about money movement.
