Environments

Environments should be explicit in both configuration and UI:

  • Sandbox / staging for testing and evaluation
  • Production for live workloads

What we can’t know yet (UNKNOWN)​

If an environment cannot confirm an outcome due to dependency failure, treat the outcome as unknown and provide replay guidance.
